13. Al Quran, Surah As-Saffat (37) Verse 22-65 - Sheikh Maher Al Muqaili,

	بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
	22    ۞ احْشُرُوا الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا وَأَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا يَعْبُدُونَ
	22:  (It will be said to the angels): "Assemble those who did wrong, together with their companions (from the devils) and what they used to worship,
	Urdu 22:  انہیں جمع کر دو جنہوں نے ظلم کیا اور ان کی بیویوں کو اور جن کی وہ عبادت کرتے تھے
	23   مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ فَاهْدُوهُمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطِ الْجَحِيمِ
	23:  "Instead of Allah, and lead them on to the way of flaming Fire (Hell);
	Urdu 23:  سوائے الله کے پھر انہیں جہنم کے راستے کی طرف ہانک کر لے جاؤ
	24   وَقِفُوهُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُم مَّسْئُولُونَ
	24:  "But stop them, verily they are to be questioned.
	Urdu 24:  اور انہیں کھڑا کر و ان سے دریافت کرنا ہے
	25   مَا لَكُمْ لَا تَنَاصَرُونَ
	25:  "What is the matter with you? Why do you not help one another (as you used to do in the world)?"
	Urdu 25:  تمہیں کیا ہوا کہ آپس میں ایک دوسرےے کی مدد نہیں کرتے
	26   بَلْ هُمُ الْيَوْمَ مُسْتَسْلِمُونَ
	26:  Nay, but that Day they shall surrender.
	Urdu 26:  بلکہ آج کے دن وہ سر جھکائے کھڑے ہوں گے
	27   وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ
	27:  And they will turn to one another and question one another.
	Urdu 27:  اور ایک دوسرے کی طرف متوجہ ہو کر پوچھے گا
	28   قَالُوا إِنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ تَأْتُونَنَا عَنِ الْيَمِينِ
	28:  They will say: "It was you who used to come to us from the right side [i.e. from the right side of one of us and beautify for us every evil, enjoin on us polytheism, and stop us from the truth i.e. Islamic Monotheism and from every good deed]."
	Urdu 28:  کہیں گے بے شک تم ہمارے پاس دائیں طرف سے آتے تھے
	29   قَالُوا بَل لَّمْ تَكُونُوا مُؤْمِنِينَ
	29:  They will reply: "Nay, you yourselves were not believers.
	Urdu 29:  کہیں گے بلکہ تم خود ہی ایمان والے نہیں تھے
	30   وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَيْكُم مِّن سُلْطَانٍ ۖ بَلْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا طَاغِينَ
	30:  "And we had no authority over you. Nay! But you were Taghun (transgressing) people (polytheists, and disbelievers).
	Urdu 30:  اور ہمیں تم پر کوئی زور نہیں تھا بلکہ تم ہی سرکش لوگ تھے
	31   فَحَقَّ عَلَيْنَا قَوْلُ رَبِّنَا ۖ إِنَّا لَذَائِقُونَ
	31:  "So now the Word of our Lord has been justified against us, that we shall certainly (have to) taste (the torment).
	Urdu 31:  پھر ہم سب پر ہمارے رب کا قول پورا ہو گیا کہ ہم سب عذاب چکھنے والے ہیں
	32   فَأَغْوَيْنَاكُمْ إِنَّا كُنَّا غَاوِينَ
	32:  "So we led you astray because we were ourselves astray."
	Urdu 32:  پھر ہم نے تمہیں بھی گمراہ کیا ہم خود بھی گمراہ تھے
	33   فَإِنَّهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُشْتَرِكُونَ
	33:  Then verily, that Day, they will (all) share in the torment.
	Urdu 33:  پھر اس دن عذاب میں وہ سب یکساں ہو ں گے
	34   إِنَّا كَذَ‌ٰلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِمِينَ
	34:  Certainly, that is how We deal with Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, sinners, disbelievers, criminals, the disobedient to Allah).
	Urdu 34:  بے شک ہم مجرمو ں سے ایسا ہی سلوک کیا کرتے ہیں
	35   إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ
	35:  Truly, when it was said to them: La ilaha illallah "(none has the right to be worshipped but Allah)," they puffed themselves up with pride (i.e. denied it).
	Urdu 35:  بے شک وہ ایسے تھے کہ جب ان سے کہا جاتا تھا کہ سوائے الله کے اور کوئی معبود نہیں تو وہ تکبر کیا کرتے تھے
	36   وَيَقُولُونَ أَئِنَّا لَتَارِكُو آلِهَتِنَا لِشَاعِرٍ مَّجْنُونٍ
	36:  And (they) said: "Are we going to abandon our alihah (gods) for the sake of a mad poet?"
	Urdu 36:  اور وہ کہتے تھے کیا ہم اپنے معبودوں کو ایک شاعر دیوانہ کے کہنے سے چھوڑ دیں گے
	37   بَلْ جَاءَ بِالْحَقِّ وَصَدَّقَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	37:  Nay! he (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) has come with the truth (i.e. Allah's religion - Islamic Monotheism and this Qur'an) and he confirms the Messengers (before him who brought Allah's religion - Islamic Monotheism).
	Urdu 37:  بلکہ وہ حق لایا ہے اور اس نے سب رسولوں کی تصدیق کی ہے
	38   إِنَّكُمْ لَذَائِقُو الْعَذَابِ الْأَلِيمِ
	38:  Verily, you (pagans of Makkah) are going to taste the painful torment;
	Urdu 38:  بے شک اب تم دردناک عذاب چکھو گے
	39   وَمَا تُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
	39:  And you will be requited nothing except for what you used to do (evil deeds, sins, and Allah's disobedience which you used to do in this world)
	Urdu 39:  اور تمہیں وہی بدلہ دیا جائے گا جو تم کیا کرتے تھے
	40   إِلَّا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ الْمُخْلَصِينَ
	40:  Save the chosen slaves of Allah (i.e. the true believers of Islamic Monotheism).
	Urdu 40:  مگر جو الله کے خاص بندے ہیں
	41   أُولَـٰئِكَ لَهُمْ رِزْقٌ مَّعْلُومٌ
	41:  For them there will be a known provision (in Paradise),
	Urdu 41:  یہی لوگ ہیں جن کے لیے رزق معلوم ہے
	42   فَوَاكِهُ ۖ وَهُم مُّكْرَمُونَ
	42:  Fruits; and they shall be honoured,
	Urdu 42:  میوے اور انہیں کوعزت دی جائے گی
	43   فِي جَنَّاتِ النَّعِيمِ
	43:  In the Gardens of delight (Paradise),
	Urdu 43:  نعمتوں کے باغوں میں
	44   عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مُّتَقَابِلِينَ
	44:  Facing one another on thrones.
	Urdu 44:  ایک دوسرے کے سامنے تختوں پر
	45   يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِكَأْسٍ مِّن مَّعِينٍ
	45:  Round them will be passed a cup of pure wine -
	Urdu 45:  ان میں صاف شراب کا دور چل رہا ہوگا
	46   بَيْضَاءَ لَذَّةٍ لِّلشَّارِبِينَ
	46:  White, delicious to the drinkers.
	Urdu 46:  سفید پینے والوں کے لیے لذیذ ہوگی
	47   لَا فِيهَا غَوْلٌ وَلَا هُمْ عَنْهَا يُنزَفُونَ
	47:  Neither will they have Ghoul (any kind of hurt, abdominal pain, headache, a sin) from that, nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom.
	Urdu 47:  نہ اس میں درد سر ہوگا اور نہ انہیں اس سے نشہ ہوگا
	48   وَعِندَهُمْ قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ عِينٌ
	48:  And beside them will be Qasirat-at-Tarf [chaste females (wives), restraining their glances (desiring none except their husbands)], with wide and beautiful eyes.
	Urdu 48:  اور ان کے پاس نیچی نگاہ والی بڑی آنکھوں والی ہوں گی
	49   كَأَنَّهُنَّ بَيْضٌ مَّكْنُونٌ
	49:  (Delicate and pure) as if they were (hidden) eggs (well) preserved.
	Urdu 49:  گویا کہ وہ پردہ میں رکھے ہوئے انڈے ہیں
	50   فَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ
	50:  Then they will turn to one another, mutually questioning.
	Urdu 50:  پس وہ ایک دوسرے کی طرف متوجہ ہو کر آپس میں سوال کریں گے
	51   قَالَ قَائِلٌ مِّنْهُمْ إِنِّي كَانَ لِي قَرِينٌ
	51:  A speaker of them will say: "Verily, I had a companion (in the world),
	Urdu 51:  ان میں سے ایک کہنے والا کہے گا کہ میرا ایک ساتھی تھا
	52   يَقُولُ أَإِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُصَدِّقِينَ
	52:  Who used to say: "Are you among those who believe (in resurrection after death).
	Urdu 52:  وہ کہا کرتا تھا کہ کیا تو تصدیق کرنے والوں میں ہے
	53   أَإِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَامًا أَإِنَّا لَمَدِينُونَ
	53:  "(That) when we die and become dust and bones, shall we indeed (be raised up) to receive reward or punishment (according to our deeds)?"
	Urdu 53:  کیا جب ہم مر جائیں گے اور مٹی اور ہڈیاں ہوجائیں گے تو کیا ہمیں بدلہ دیا جائے گا
	54   قَالَ هَلْ أَنتُم مُّطَّلِعُونَ
	54:  (The speaker) said: "Will you look down?"
	Urdu 54:  کہے گا کیا تم بھی دیکھنا چاہتے ہو
	55   فَاطَّلَعَ فَرَآهُ فِي سَوَاءِ الْجَحِيمِ
	55:  So he looked down and saw him in the midst of the Fire.
	Urdu 55:  پس وہ جھانکے گا تو اسے دوزح کے درمیان دیکھے گا
	56   قَالَ تَاللَّهِ إِن كِدتَّ لَتُرْدِينِ
	56:  He said: "By Allah! You have nearly ruined me.
	Urdu 56:  کہے گا الله کی قسم! تو تو قریب تھا کہ مجھے ہلاک ہی کر دے
	57   وَلَوْلَا نِعْمَةُ رَبِّي لَكُنتُ مِنَ الْمُحْضَرِينَ
	57:  "Had it not been for the Grace of my Lord, I would certainly have been among those brought forth (to Hell)."
	Urdu 57:  اور اگر میرے رب کا فضل نہ ہوتا تو میں بھی حاضر کیے ہوئے مجرموں میں ہوتا
	58   أَفَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَيِّتِينَ
	58:  (The dwellers of Paradise will say) "Are we then not to die (any more)?
	Urdu 58:  پس کیا اب ہم مرنے والے نہیں
	59   إِلَّا مَوْتَتَنَا الْأُولَىٰ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
	59:  Except our first death, and we shall not be punished? (after we have entered Paradise)."
	Urdu 59:  مگر ہمارا پہلی بار کا مرنا اور ہمیں عذاب نہیں دیا جائے گا
	60   إِنَّ هَـٰذَا لَهُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
	60:  Truly, this is the supreme success!
	Urdu 60:  بے شک یہی بڑی کامیابی ہے
	61   لِمِثْلِ هَـٰذَا فَلْيَعْمَلِ الْعَامِلُونَ
	61:  For the like of this let the workers work.
	Urdu 61:  ایسی ہی کامیابی کے لیے عمل کرنے والوں کو عمل کرنا چاہیے
	62   أَذَ‌ٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ نُّزُلًا أَمْ شَجَرَةُ الزَّقُّومِ
	62:  Is that (Paradise) better entertainment or the tree of Zaqqum (a horrible tree in Hell)?
	Urdu 62:  کیا یہ اچھی مہمانی ہے یا تھوہر کا درخت
	63   إِنَّا جَعَلْنَاهَا فِتْنَةً لِّلظَّالِمِينَ
	63:  Truly We have made it (as) a trail for the Zalimun (polytheists, disbelievers, wrong-doers).
	Urdu 63:  بے شک ہم نے اسے ظالموں کے لئےآزمائش بنایاہے
	64   إِنَّهَا شَجَرَةٌ تَخْرُجُ فِي أَصْلِ الْجَحِيمِ
	64:  Verily, it is a tree that springs out of the bottom of Hell-fire,
	Urdu 64:  بے شک وہ ایک درخت ہے جو دوزخ کی جڑ میں اُگتا ہے
	65   طَلْعُهَا كَأَنَّهُ رُءُوسُ الشَّيَاطِينِ
	65:  The shoots of its fruit-stalks are like the heads of Shayatin (devils);
	Urdu 65:  اس کا پھل گویا کہ سانپوں کے پھن ہیں
